Who is Case Max? Case Max is a freelance Graphic Designer as well as an up and coming artist, creating artwork under the name Case Max. Hailing from Tampa Bay, and producing art for over 20 years. As a young child Case Max had a passion for drawing monsters, reptilians, skulls, and all things spooky. During middle school, his art had evolved, being heavily inspired by Anime (Japanese animation). This displayed a higher form of talent than anything Case Max had previously created. Materializing as extremely detailed Anime characters with immense shading techniques and an overall crystallized look. In Case Max’s own words “art felt very unchallenging and many students would constantly hound me about how ‘amazing’ and ‘unbelievable’ my drawings were. I thought of my drawings as nothing particularly special, they might have appeared impressive but masters in Japan were drawing far more superior characters yet 30 frames for 1 second of film time..” Everything changed in 8^th grade when Case Max discovered graffiti. An art form that was both intriguing and unfamiliar. Instantly hooked, he became a graff writer for the next 8 years of his life. In late 2004, Case Max finally decided to stop writing graffiti, as it seemed that it wasn’t getting him anywhere in life. At which time, he began taking classes at Erwin Technical Institution, majoring in drafting and architecture which derived from the AutoCAD course. Case Max graduated Erwin Tech in 2007 and has taken various Graphic Design courses (Learey Tech Center, St. Pete College, HCC.) Case Max engages in a wide variety of versatile art, specializing in Mixed Media, Original Characters, Digital Creations, Logo Work, Tshirt Designs, Hand Cut Stencils, Graffiti,+++.
